Patina has been named a Leadership 500 Award winner by HR.com/Leadership Excellence magazine for its Engaging Leader Series. The program is being recognized this year as one of the top (placed fifth in the midsize category) leadership development programs in the U.S.
The Engaging Leader Series is an applied learning development program which systematically helps leaders build competency in engaging others as well as play a powerful role in influencing employee commitment, satisfaction and high achievement. The program is just one service offered through Patina's Leadership & Organizational Development practice.
The HR.com organization solicited feedback from select past participants of the program, and their highly positive evaluations earned Patina this honor.
"New knowledge and skills are required to lead to a highly educated workforce that values involvement, personal growth, job satisfaction, and contributing lasting value to the organization," said Drew Howick, National Practice Director of Patina’s L & OD practice. "We are truly honored our program is being recognized by Leadership Excellence and has been so valuable to today’s leaders."
"Leaders who participate in the Engaging Leader Series tell us the program gives them the ability to build trust within all levels of their organization and drives their professional development forward," said Jeff Hanan, National Practice Director of Patina’s L & OD practice. "It’s been very rewarding to see our clients excel based on what they learned in our program."
For the past 30 years, Leadership Excellence has identified and recognized the top 500 leadership organizations and their strategies and solutions in its yearly ranking issues. Past winners of this award include General Electric, Procter & Gamble and Disney, among hundreds of other successful companies.
