Ms. Masini to help expand Patina's presence in Chicago, helping companies benefit from the expertise of Patina Professionals 

Patina Solutions^®, a unique professional services firm that provides seasoned professionals on a flexible basis to help companies achieve their business objectives, has hired Silvia Masini as Managing Director of its Chicago office.

Ms. Masini has more than 20 years of leadership, management, consulting and corporate human resources experience in both large corporate and early-stage company settings. Formerly a Partner in Mercer Consulting's Human Capital business, she has more than 10 years of professional services experience, leading and working with large and mid-size organizations, across multiple industries, on the development, delivery and administration of human capital and human resource solutions.

Prior to her work at Mercer, Ms. Masini served as Vice President, Human Resources for Alternative Resources Corporation. There, she was a member of the corporate leadership team as the fast-paced organization grew from start-up to maturity as a publicly traded company. Ms. Masini has additional start-up experience with Capital H, where she served as the Managing Director of the Milwaukee office. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Northwestern University.
