PATINA SOLUTIONS OPENS IN CLEVELAND; TAPS MORRIS AS MANAGING DIRECTOR

February 5, 2009 (Milwaukee, WI) – Patina Solutions, the professional services firm headquartered in Milwaukee, announced today that it has opened its second office located in Cleveland, Ohio.  The office will be led by Cleveland native Gregg Morris.

Patina Solutions deploys professionals generally over the age of fifty to work on engagements for companies in multiple industries.  Patina provides a wide range of talent for functions including, but not limited to, engineering, human resources, customer service, sales and marketing, finance, R&D and information technology.  Clients benefit from the experience and expertise of seasoned executives and managers who help them meet workload demands through special projects, interim management and executive needs, consulting, training and ongoing operational support.

Morris has a proven record of successfully building professional service firms.  After spending six years helping to build the Cleveland office of Jefferson Wells, Morris co-founded and built Professional Solutions, LLC which he then sold to Hudson Financial.  “I am excited to be working with Mike Harris again to build a business I believe in so deeply.  The flexible workforce is the way of the future especially as companies navigate today’s challenging financial environment,” said Morris.  “Patina’s skilled and talented workforce brings exceptional wisdom, expertise and commitment to each engagement and does so with a strong work ethic and maturity,” added Morris.  Gregg is a graduate of John Carroll University and lifelong resident of Cleveland.

Harris is an experienced entrepreneur with significant success in start-up and high growth companies.  Patina Solutions is his sixth professional services start-up since 1995.  He is best known as the founder and former CEO of Jefferson Wells, which was acquired by Manpower in 2001.  He also started Capital H Group, and co-founded SilverTrain (now called Sagence Group), Novo Group and Adams Harris where he continues to be active and serves on the Board of Directors.   Patina Solutions has secured start up capital from individual angel investors to launch the build-out of a national enterprise over the next five years.
