Jean Rowland joins the Milwaukee Office of Patina as Director of Client Solutions. 

"We are excited to have Jean on board with us." said Debbie Seeger - VP Operations.  Jean has all of the skills, knowledge and abilities to represent the Patina demographic of professional talent from her years in Human Resources recruiting and consulting.  "When I first heard about Mike's latest venture I thought right away that it was brilliant.  Having spent the last seven years working for a human resource consulting firm, my clients often discussed their talent challenges. From finding the right talent, engaging talent, and even watching talent walk out the door. Often these concerns were directed to their aging workforce and the lack of depth of experience in their ranks. Many companies are not prepared for the exodus of talent as the baby boomers retire. At the same time, many boomers would like to remain in the workforce, just not full time. Patina can provide the talent companies need to fill in the gaps as well as provide interesting work for people who want to share their vast experience. It's such a win-win equation and I'm excited to be a part of it."

"Having grown-up on the East Coast as a 'Corporate Gypsy' it wasn't uncommon for our family to move every two to three years. My Patina includes the ability to move into a new neighborhood and make friends quickly, perhaps that is why I have chosen a path in business development. I enjoy meeting new people and building client relationships.
 
My Patina also includes from everything from babysitter, waitress, dish washer, Slim Jim packaging operator, gourmet caterer, human resource consultant, non-profit volunteer and leader, sales, and various artistic and athletic endeavors. With more to come....."
