Patina Solutions, a unique professional services firm that provides seasoned professionals, generally over the age of 50, on a flexible basis to help companies achieve their business objectives, announces retaining Dr. Mark Polczynski. Polczynski will help the company secure and execute a wide range of engineering engagements. In addition, he will assist in building Patina's portfolio of talented engineering professionals who provide valuable expertise to organizations.

Polczynski has experience in many areas including quality control, electronic hardware and software development, electronic product manufacturing, new product platform development, and sales. He is currently Director of the MS - Engineering Management Program at Marquette University and teaches graduate level courses in system modeling and analysis, reliability and failure analysis, lean systems, and more. Prior to making the move to academia, Polczynski was Director of Advanced Technology Development at Eaton Corporation.

Polczynski has a Ph.D. in Materials Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He holds seven patents and has been published several times on a variety of engineering topics.
