Patina Solutions has hired Mark Leopold as Practice Director - Sales and Marketing.
As Practice Director - Sales and Marketing, Leopold will lead this growing practice, including helping the company secure and execute a wide range of sales and marketing engagements. In addition, he will assist in building Patina's Portfolio of Talent of seasoned sales and marketing professionals.
"Mark is an outstanding sales and marketing executive and a proven leader. He is able to help our clients with a myriad of issues, including improving sales and determining effective marketing approaches in addition to many other areas," said Mike Harris, founder and CEO of Patina Solutions. "While Mark will lead our Sales and Marketing practice, he has access to a great team of experienced professionals with specific skills to draw upon for Patina clients."
Leopold is a senior-level executive with more than 25 years of successful and diversified experience in domestic and international sales and marketing, new product development, acquisitions, divestitures, turnarounds and strategic planning. Together with his wealth of experience, he brings strong interpersonal skills, creativity and a sense of teamwork in both the development, and most importantly, the execution of designed solutions.

Prior to joining Patina, Leopold held positions such as Division President - Watercraft for Johnson Outdoors, Inc. and Executive Vice President and COO for Lacrosse Footwear. In addition, he worked for SC Johnson Wax for 20 years where he focused on domestic and international sales and marketing, holding over 10 positions around the world.
Leopold studied Professional Business Management at the Harvard School of Business and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Otterbein College. He is on the Board of Directors for the Outdoor Industry Association and BCI Construction. |
