Practice Director – Leadership & Organizational Development
Jeff is a seasoned HR and organizational development executive with expertise working with senior and mid-level managers at a diverse range of organizations to develop organizational, team and individual improvement strategies and interventions. He came to Patina Solutions from Howick Associates, a consulting firm based in Madison, Wis., when the firms joined forces in 2012.
He has designed and facilitated strategic planning sessions, designed and conducted organizational climate and multi-rater assessments, and developed data collection strategies to improve customer satisfaction or support process reform. Jeff has also collaborated with clients to introduce innovations such as learning maps, balanced scorecards and system diagram. He has facilitated numerous learning experiences in a variety of topics including project management, change management, facilitation and process improvement.
Jeff’s former roles include Vice President, Human Resources at Bellin Hospital; Director, Labor Relations/Personnel at Meriter Hospital; and Employee Manager/Security at Family Hospital. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
